When: Tuesdays (with the occasional exception) from 5:15-6:30 pm ET/2:15-3:30 pm PT
Where: Zoom (you will receive the link upon registering for the program)
Classes are occasionally recorded.
Weekly sessions typically include:
Guided mindfulness or meditation practice
Small group check-ins and discussions about progress and challenges and what is being learned as participants run weekly experiments
Evidence-based strategies for building resilience and the capacity to make long-term behavior changes
Opportunity for participants to share their unique experience as they change their habits and health
Weekly goal or experiment setting
