Cost: FREE

When: Tuesdays (with the occasional exception) from 5:15-6:30 pm ET/2:15-3:30 pm PT

Where: Zoom (you will receive the link upon registering for the program)

Classes are occasionally recorded.

Weekly sessions typically include:

  • Guided mindfulness or meditation practice 

  • Small group check-ins and discussions about progress and challenges and what is being learned as participants run weekly experiments 

  • Evidence-based strategies for building resilience and the capacity to make long-term behavior changes

  • Opportunity for participants to share their unique experience as they change their habits and health

  • Weekly goal or experiment setting

This group has been described as the Cheers of healthy living…a place where everyone knows your name and you are welcome. What makes this group special is that we:

  • Gain insights about ourselves through the application of mindfulness, active listening, and self compassion

  • Support one another’s unique path to wellness without judgment
