This morning I showed how to make 3 simple plant-based breakfast (or lunch or dinner, for that matter) options on Facebook Live for the YMCA of Delaware. You can check out the video here.
The recipes I followed, and made a few changes to, are below.
Banana almond granola - I added about 1/2 teaspoon of cinnamon to the date mixture.
Tofu scramble - I added 1/2 of 1 medium zucchini, chopped. You can add whatever veggies you like. I also mixed in some chunky salsa at the end, before serving.
Berry smoothie bowl - I did not add protein powder. Feel free to use whatever fruits you like best.
